Which scanner for film and scanography ? - large format film scanner

I need a scanner that can make 35 mm films and slides, and medium format film. I try to do some scans, if I have the scanner with a depth of field is greater than 1 cm, as most scanner ... Oh, and a 3D way, it would also be helpful.
I have a big budget, so I thought, £ 100 - £ 300
and I have to work on software for Mac.
